help getting virus scan notification

I get this notification after installing every app
I dont have any av installed on my
Galaxy s3
Please help why am i getting this.

Does the notification give a name of what is scanning the app?
Example: "norton detects not virus in this application" or "McAfee detects no virus in this application" and so on.

Depending on your carrier it could be some kind of "bloatware" that came with your device that you can't get rid of unless you root the device.
