i upgraded my samsung galaxy fit to android v 2.3.4 gingerbread an now its totally different i hav lost gmail android market an loads of stuff plus have lots of new chinese things on my menu i just want to uninstall it how or can i do it some one please help me

How did you update it anyway? Official method or did you flash a ROM?

Yes, as Chanchan asked did you do it officially or was it a rom? Also if it was a rom you may need to flash gapps too, but if it is in Chinese, you may have flashed the wrong rom.
