Help guys ! I need help

So I was downloading videos from the internet, then I tried copying one of them from my android and it says cannot copy the file its not responding or disconnected blah blah blah

I got this message
So what's the solution guys ? I need help please

Welcome to the forums, What kind of device do you have? That will help us to help you better.

Have you tried to save it again? If so, what was the result?
 
Either make sure your USB cable is firmly connected or in Settings under Developers options turn on Stay Awake. This keeps your screen on all the time (hence your device is always on and can't stop responding) while charging. So if this is a Wi-Fi transfer plug in your charger before doing it.

I tried your suggestion but still doesn't work.
