Help I am having trouble updating my lenovo tab 2 a10 to the android 5.0 system Everytime I try to update it it will download it then say reboot and install updates but when is installing it fails and send my to system recovery everytime!!! I need help any tips will make my day plus help

I don't have an sd card and I don't know how to locate the update.zip folder I'm on a tablet and I'm not that smart with them srry if I'm newbie

How about root aaccess maybe?

My best guess would be to perform a factory reset, then try to update again. Just find a way to backup anything important.
