Root HELP HELP !!!! Bricked Phone!!

After a Factory Reset on CW recovery and Cache. I was flashing a Stock Rom ten all of a sudden the battery falls out (the back cover was off) I turn it back on then it goes to CW Recovery Intro then it hangs at the "ANDROID" text. Please Help!!! I have a METROPCS Samsung Admire.

Just use odin to flash stock

Just use odin to flash stock

then flash the prerooted stock to get working data back

then flash the prerooted stock to get working data back

^ flash stock++ - prerooted doesnt get data working all the time.
