guys i rooted my divece its i9003, and i wanted to install ginger-bread, i put it on downloading mode, and i saw that the downloading the package is to slow so i disconnected it while it was in that mood, and when i did i saw this thing

and it dosen't turn up or off and it dose'nt setup the ginger-bread plzz help me as soon as u can ! thanx :(

Pull the battery and replace then go into download mode and reflash using Odin. Be patient and don't pull the cable until the phone has restarted.

This has happened to my SGS a couple of times when the flashing process has gone wrong. All I had to do was put the phone back into Download mode (Volume down + Home + Power key) and start the flashing procedure again.

Are you sure the battery has enough juice, or has it run flat?

no i get it. i got in bricked screen then i replaced the battery servial times, and now it does'nt show up anything. but when i replace the battery when its connected to pc, my computer detects it, but then it losts the port.
and i also didn't get what do u mean by battery jouice, u mean battery life like 30% and fully charged 100%??
