Apps help, help ,help ..!! Need serious help!

Im a novice in making android application , im good at programming n stuff but the first step of android which is Hello Android message to be displayed is not working , the emulator gets disconnected. I tried my best to work this out but im seriosuly helpless. here is the pic where the emulator works but it doesnt display the message cuz its gets stuck. sorry im not able to pic here , below is the link :-
