Root Help help stuck on bootloop

Things have been going well since my initial rooting problems a couple of weeks ago. I've grown quite fond of my galaxy note P600. But I stupidly froze a few things using titanium backup, mainly I wanted to kill the useless sfinder, but I obviously froze some things I shouldn't have. Now its stuck on a bootloop and I don't know what to do. It just sits on the Samsung logo and when I try to turn it off it just starts up again and goes to the logo. I can charge it ok.

I know there are a number of posts on here about bootloop, but I'm panicking and confused. Can someone please treat me like the complete noob that I am, and try to help me with this problem? pleaseeeeee. I have not done a backup but I don't mind loosing data.

I thought I'd add that I can't enter recovery mode, if I press the power and vol up buttons it shows- warning, A custom OS can cause critical problems.....if you want to download a custom os, press the vol up key.. Otherwise press vol down to cancel. That is all I can get.

I went into stock recovery mode and did a factory reset and reboot but it didn't work. As far as I can find out I need to go into download and flash the original firmware, but I can't find this for the Australian XSA version of the p600 anywhere on the net. Has anyone got any suggestions...please

I eventually downloaded the official firmware off rapidgator and ran it through odin while in download mode. So simple :D while I'll root again, I won't be in a hurry to freeze any apps
