Help Help!!! home icons all gone

I installed a new app Picsin and was trying some Picsin settings and now all my home screen icons are gone just displays some message about terminating the home process, the only icons that are still there and work is the phone, contacts and messages, I can't get to the settings icon so I can't reinstall, is there any other way to reset the phone back to factory settings?

got it fixed!
to restore the factory settings I found out you have to turn off the phone then press the home and power key together.
