Help! How do I get non Chinese apps?

Hi, I have a Samsung S3 that I bought in China. Got it back to the UK. Changed the language, got a UK network to work but now when I go into the Samsung Apps icon and search for apps all I can see are Chinese Apps.

Does anyone have any idea how I set it to see non Chinese apps?

Have you tried going to the Play Store instead? https://play.google.com/store?hl=en&tab=w8
