Help -how to disable auto correct?

Welcome jmarche, glad to have you apart of the growing community here at AF.

Hopefully i can try and shed some light on this issue, if not you could always post it here:

So i did some searching, and since i have never used the stock messaging app i never really knew how to disable it but i found this video on youtube that might help you :)

How to disable autocorrect using the HTC Evo
