HELP I CANNOT TYPE AT ALL ON MY PHONE

This is really pissing me off. No matter what I go on, Instagram, messages, google, it won't let me type. The keyboard doesn't show up. I restarted my phone 5 times and nothing has changed. I looked to the Languages and Input but I only have one keyboard so I can't switch it. Please help. P L E A SE

I try opening the keyboard settings and it says keyboard isn't responding :/

Open up the play store on a PC and try installing a new keyboard from there. Gboard in the Google keyboard, or Swiftkey is also popular. One you see it install on your phone, then the next app that calls for a keyboard should ask which one you want to make default.

Also try clearing cache and data for keyboard within the application manager.

Open Play store. Go to Google search and, since you cannot type, select the microphone and say: <<Download Gboard>>

When you finish downloading, the keyboard is back.
