Root Help! I can't flash CWM to my SGH-i897

I have rooted my Samsung Captivate and added the CWM app from the playstore. When I try to flash CWM to my phone, the app gives this list of phone models to choose from: Google Nexus S, Google Nexus S 4G, Samsung Epic 4G, and Samsung GalaxyS i9000...no Samsung Captivate, SGH-i897, or the like. What am I doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated!
