Help HELP!!!!!! i have no network...

Hello, i have metro and for some reason i have lost my network. I didnt notice because i have wifi at home and it owrks fine on wifi. I cant do anything when im not in a hotspot. i called Metro and they transferred me to 4 different ppl and no one could help me. They even re programmed my phone and still no explanation. This is crazy. i did do the update from Metro but i dont know if that has anything to do with it. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!! :confused:
 
so what exactly is going on...with wifi on you 1x will go away, and once wifi is off data 1x comes back, but if you have any task killers/battery saving apps, that will mess with data connections also.

well if the wifi is off i never get the 1x back. i go all day without the 1x. i click on an app and it says no network connection.

I have read a few other posts on here and over at howard forums where the new 2.2 update has bricked some phones and caused issues with other phones. From what I have read, most of those people were either given new phones by metropcs or Metro redid the flash in store and they were able to get the phone working that way.

You might want to actually go to a Metro corporate store and have them check out the phone.
