Help HELP! I need to set easy reminders on my SAMSUNG DUO

Hey guys,

This is my first post but I have a problem.

I am actually writing on behalf of my Dad.

He has a Samsung DUO for work and he was used to the basic reminder functions you could set in his old Nokia.

Is there any way to do this in a Samsung phone?

I have tried, what seems like, everything!

I know you can make events in the calendar but I don't want an event with a start and finish time. I tried to just set a time for the alarm and it doesn't seem to have that function.

I have tried multiple apps but nothing is simple and "Dad" user friendly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey there Rochelle, welcome to the forums

Have you tried a little app called Tasker

It's usually pretty good with settings reminders and such.

Why not try setting the alarm? Multiple alarms can be added.
Menu > clock > alarm > add alarm
