Help Help i realy need help Optimus T P509TN

Ok so yesterday installed a new recovery to try to install this kernel i got 2.6.35.14 but it reset my phone completely after following step by step
so later i got rom manager and yes i have rooted my phone and it let me install the new kernel but it also reset my phone data and messed it up so it kept flickering between screens and be4 every thing my batter was like 2 celsius after it it felt the same temp but it said 34 celsius and it wouldent let me boot unless i had charger on or else it looped
So now i got my phone completly messed up i cant restore the kernel back to normal and i cant use my phone mobile any more and every 10 seconds it gives me an error that my battery is overheating
i have a custom recovery but i cant access it because every thing in the phone is getting worse and worse the more i do like i cant sign in to google any more and goto the market to get terminal emulator to try to use that old recovery flash and overall i really need and will appreciate any help to try to reset my phone back to what it was when i bought it also i cant connect to the update server or go into my privacy to factory data reset it setting because it keeps crashing my settings

My experience with following the "how I unbricked two phones" is that it restores my Optimus T LG P509 to LG 500, then it gets stuck looping on the ANDROID screen. What I found though, is that if I connect it to my computer and use the LG TOOL for updating that it will bring it back to factory Optimus T LG P509. EVERYTIME I get it to the factory status it seems to freeze on one of the start up screens. However, performing a factory reset at this time always works for me.

Dang! I forgot to mention, I perform these steps with the phone off or on. It doesnt seem to make a difference.
