[sinizterminded]

Hello, i'm new to the whole Android World, i recently got my first android HTC Inspire and i was able to root my phone but i can't find good instructions on how to install a ROM. Well i should say i get how to install it but i look at these webpages and all i see it so many programs. I found a ROM that i like but i don't know if there are 2 extra files or 3 extra files to install. Does anyone an tutorial that walks me through the install process.

Installing a rom is all basically the same process but not necessarily the same steps. Each developer or team does some things just a bit differently, so it's always best to follow the exact directions for each rom.
