Root Help installing Darky 9.5

I googled and searched and I didn't find the answers I was looking for.

I have a rooted Samsung Galaxy S I 9000 version 2.2.1 with a custom rom named - "PilotX" version 3.0

on how to install Darky's 9.5, and I can't find out which steps to skip..

so, which steps should I skip?
I dont have lagfix on, allready canceled it cuze it didn't make my phone any better.

anything else you need to know to help me?

You need to be on a Stock ROM to install it. You need to start form [GUIDE]Installing Stock ROM (GT-I9000 only) | Darky's ROM and then install the Darky's ROM.

There's two users who didn't manage it, but it went on mine first time. I followed and downloaded the files stated, it takes a while to go through the process, but worked fine. Total time was about 10 - 15 mins I think.
Great ROM, great look and seems stable so far.
Darky has a 2.3.3 version out but still in beta at the moment I think.

tried to go on a Stock ROM and failed

I actually Soft bricked my SGS lol

then fixed it using a guide I found...

Does anyone have a link to a thread detailing what to expect from Darky 9.5?

Will it have Touchwiz for instance?

I just finished installing Darkys 9.5 - used this walkthrough: [GUIDE] Installing Darky's ROM on 2.2/2.2.1 (I9000/I9000M only) | Darky's ROM

It was very straightforward actually, patience is all that is required really. Took about 1 hour total.

I reinstalled Titanium Backup straight away in order to get my apps back but it keeps Force Closing, any ideas?

I had some apps that kept force closing. I removed them, re-installed and they work perfect now.

Reinstalled Titanium which then restored the rest of my apps.

I will reinstall any apps that cause problems.

hallooo!
i am trying to flash darky's rom 9.5 but it doesn't seem to turn on! it stuck on the boot animation for more tha 40min!!! is thar normal!?? should i remove the battery??
