Root Help Installing Paranoid Darkness Theme

Can Anyone help me install this theme? I just got my nexus 7 a couple days ago and i really wanted to install this. I already have the ROM installed plus the latest update. But any help? I really appreciate it and thank you in advance!!

Download the theme to your device (it's a zip file) and flash it with your custom recovery (TWRP or CWM). Same way you installed the ROM

Well i know that but when i go to download it , it comes out as a .htm file not a .zip

You're doing it wrong. You don't right-click the link. You Click the link, then find download and Click that link, and download the newest version.

Okay i have the zip downloaded how do i f flash the zip? Everytime i flash the zip it bootloops.
