HELP! Is there a way to reset?

My Galaxy Tab is stuck on start-up boot! Is there a way to reset device completely? I have not been able to get it past black screen.
 
Is this the stock software?

Try holding the power button down for up to 30 seconds. That should force the Tab to reboot. Any more than that, would probably require reinstallation of the software.
