Help Help: Is there Global Phone Warranty?!

I ordered a global unlocked HTC One X for $620 USD and, late in the game, I realized the selling company listed it as "No Warranty"--and when I emailed, they clarified "no manufacturer's warranty."

Sounds SUPER sketchy to me. Do the global versions ordinarily come with manufacturer's warranties? If not, what the heck must've happened to this thing?

Expecting to send this thing back, but would appreciate any thoughts.

If that doesn't apply to you, maybe please try googling "htc warranty number" to see if you can reach someone directly before getting more grief.

Probably means no warranty with the seller HTC do 2 year warranty.
