Hi

Can any one help?

Sensation HBOOT 1.27.000 UK model

My phone is s off and bootloader is unlocked and I seem to have superuser status. I'm not sure if I have rooted my phone properly but I am able to download roms from CWM in android and it does ask to grant permission. Before my root attampt it said pghone not rooted and no superuser rights..I think it might be rooted, (bit of a newbie to all this ) clockwordmod is there v5.8.09. I tried to install a custom rom.
The install says it completed but only took about 10 seconds in BOOT mode but after reboot it hangs by alternating between the white screen with HTC in green font for 5 seconds then a CYanogen MOD logo. Back and forth constantly. Restored secvereal times to android and tried again with both cyanogen mod 9 and 7 but same result. Then noticed some advice on a forum which said must clear cache first, then I wiped system data too. After this I'm no longer able to restore any previous backups. Did I actually do anything wrong? The backups are selectable but phone says mismatch MD5 or something??.

Any ideas how I can restore my phone? Is clockworkmod currupt? I dont know if the datas is there and not accessible or not there at all?? Can I install a rom from my pc to a micro sd card then start again?

Thanks

Kriso
