Root Help! Just Rooted My Phone and I'm Having Some Problems

Hey. I just rooted my 3.5mm MyTouch 3g using the steps on TheUnlocker to get CrynogenMod and everything seemed to be going correctly. Once I got my phone booted up and tried to log into my account, the problems started.

"The process com.android.phone has stopped working unexpectedly" keeps coming up and my only option is to force close. Also I can't get service at all.

Has anyone had this problem or have any idea what may have went wrong?

you may have downloaded a bad file (rom) Try redownloading it and applying rom again. Sometimes you can get a bad download.
