Hi there. this is my first thread, so I have looked through past threads to see if there were similar issues but not successful.
I have had a Galaxy S5 since it came out with no issues. I was also using a windows based PC, and have recently purchased a Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 and an Imac running mavericks.
my issue is the mac/ Kies3 doesn't recognise the Note. I have spent a good 2 hours with Samsung who have no idea. I can successfully connect the note to my pc with no issues but for some reason unable to do lick with it on the mac.
has anyone had similar issues.
