Root **HELP** Legend wont boot after root

I recently bought a Legend with 2.2 Froyo. I unlocked the bootloader using the tools from HTCdev which upgraded the bootloader to HBOOT 1.02. I tried installing a cutom ROM on the device using CM7. After installing it on the phone it wouldn't go any farther than the red triangle at the recovery screen. Alternatively I tried update.zip from CM7 folder and it wouldn't allow it to do this. As a last attempt i tried to flash a boot.img from CM7 and a custom recovery.img. This resulted in the phone starting and only getting to the HTC logo then restarting again and repeating the process.

Helpppp! dont know what else to do. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

did you make a Nandroid backup before root it is advisable to do this.Also iff it is stuck on white htc screen go into recovery once again and clear all caches wipe data cach wipe cache partition and dalvik cache then try again.

No I didn't make Nandroid backup. I cannot go into recovery because i flashed a recover.img and boot.img attempting to install custom ROM. (CM7). It only allows me into regboot and fastboot.

search around on the XDA forums for an answer. otherwise, I'd say you're bricked :/

since u have created andriod folder
u must found 3 file inside that
download this link : http://download.clockworkmod.com/recoveries/recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-legend.img
and paste there
now connect ur mobile through USB
then in ur computer goto run>cmd> type : 1 line at once
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-legend.img
since ur mobile show white screen
then type
adb push sdcard/recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-legend.img /sdcard adb shell flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-legend.img
