Help Help! Lockscreen isn't working??

My lockscreen isn't working. Whenever I press the unlock button, the screen is just white and the only thing that shows up is the notification bar. So I can't so anything with the phone since I can't unlock it... can anyone help??

Try pulling the battery and see what happens, we also need more information, what have you done with the phone?

I've had a situation in the past where the lock screen ring didn't work. It moved a tiny bit and then feel back down. In my case, the phone hadn't gone into password mode so I was able to pull down on the status bar, drill into settings, and disable/enable the screen lock again.
What you describe sounds different when you mention an all white screen with only status bar. When sense reloads you get the white screen with HTC logo, is that logo on your screen?

You could try doing a factory reset and if that doesn't work, then you can call Virgin Mobile and if ur within the 1 year warranty, they will send you a new one for free,
