Root Help!Low memory after root

I finally took the plunge and rooted my 6 month old Incredible three days ago. It was basically running fine, with very occasional low mem warnings, maybe one every two weeks. I used Unrevoked 3.3 to root and have not changed any Roms. After rooting I installed Titanium Backup Pro, and did a complete backup to my SD (16Gig). Using TB, I froze many of the apps that I wanted to get rid of. (The reason for rooting). Since then I have been getting MANY low memory errors. When I look at available memory, there is always plenty left, not even close to being full. I bought CacheMate Pro, and used it. One time it removed the low memory warning, but for the last day it doesn't do anything. The only way to remove the warning is to reboot. I looked up the error in the System Log File, and this is what it says:
freecache 15623780 available 15618048
Couldn't clear application caches
I/Device Storage Monitor Service
Running Low on memory. Sending notification.

My storage is showing:
/system 248.0M Available 13.3M
/data 748.0M Available 556.9M
/cache 193.7M Available 182.7

My memory average is 120M
This is driving me crazy. I have froze and unfroze apps, deleted apps, etc. and I cannot solve this problem. Does anybody have any ideas or solutions for this? I rooted to stop intermittent low memories, now I have them constantly! Thanks a lot for any replies, I really appreciate it. Greg
