Root Help making phone stock again!

So I spent litterally days trying to get my phone Rooted.... and then ROM'd..... well come to find out, every ROM i've tried... doesnt work.... I am rooted, i checked it, and ive done everything right....

but i just want my old phone back....

i did a backup, only to find out that CWM isnt reliable.... and my backup is "currupt" i cant run it because of some m5 problem or something.... so anyway....

ALL I WANT TO DO.... is get my phone back to normal..... here are the specs.....

what other info am i missing for help.... please help... im looking everywhere, but i just find asia and all these other RUU's....
 
did everything to the 't'.... when i re-run the RUU, says that my battery life is less then 30% and i charged it all night. so i know thats not the case...
 
screen says verifying information on your android phone. please wait.... then goes to the error screen error 190.

edit... now im getting error 140..... wrong RUU..... =/ but its the same exact as the info for my phone....

someone on xda said
"go to goo.im go down to stock look for marvel
marvelc look for ruu and then select your carrier"

but goo.im gives me 404 forbidden.... is that site down for good?
