Root Help me baby one more time!!!

Hi everyone.
I'm trying to follow the "root me baby one more time"-guide, but I cant find the LK-2_5_1-PDA.tar shown in the movie. The link to LK-2_5_1-PDA.tar goes to a i5700_LK2-08_PDA.7z which doesnt work at all.
Any suggestions anyone where I can find the right file??

stupid question, but are you extracting the 7z file, or just trying to use it in odin? the 7z has the .tar file in it.
