Help me find an app developer!

Hey all - lots of developers here, right?

I need an app. I'm starting with Android, but will then move to iOS. To make it simple, I'll say I have a few hundred MP3s. I want to categorize them within the app, and they will play from within the app when people select them. An account is required, and it will be a 7-day trial, then they'll need to pay for the service, although the app is free. I'll need strong tracking on which MP3s are played most.

If anyone knows someone who has built something like this, please reach out!

Some ideas just for your reference.
In addition to Android app and iOS app, I think you need a cloud server to store your MP3 files and database for user accounts and statistics. And you will have to implement some webservices for your apps. So, you need an architect at first.
