Sorry, but what exactly do you want to change? If it's the greyed-out one maybe that is linked to the one above (i.e. only enabled when unknown sources are allowed)? I don't have that setting on my phone so can't test it. But I also don't see anything there that would stop you installing apps from the Play Store, which is why I'm puzzled.

BTW there's nothing on that screen that should be affected by rooting. Have you made any other changes?
