Help help me my galaxytab fully corrupted

Yesterday i updated it from overcome to icecream but i didn't like the now sustem so i've made a horrible thing i went to factory reset from recovery mode and not just that i wiped evry thing system data cash dalvik data then i went to the backup i'v mad before updating and restored it but while it was restoring i clicked back by mistake then i tryed to restor again i doesn't accept wiped all data fCtory reset try to restore nothing so no its stuck on glaxy tab logo when i but it on charger it stuck on fixed pattery screen i've tryed evry thing no use even i tryed to setup overcpme through pc with odin it did nothing its stuck and when i try anything it say e: cann't mount cash and pther error messages . Plz help me don't say i killed my precious tab . My tab is galaxytab p1000
