Can some one help me steps by step on how to update my samsung galaxy ace 2 to jelly bean. I really want to update to that version. my phone is rooted and I'm new bie too

I'm pretty sure you should be able to do it through Kies. Download samsung kies to a computer, plug your phone in and it should see that there is an update available for your phone. if I remember rightly that was what happened to me.
Also possible that if you have a data package you can do it directly to your phone, though I think it suggests you use wifi.

I can't actually remember how I did it, but it was one of these
