Does anyone know how to fix the MD5 mismatch on a restore? My computer wont open sdk manager , adb, things like that is there anywhere to fix it without them?

I already tried that some programs just open and close really fast and the adb one I dont even yhink it connects to my phone

My phone is in debug mode and usb connnected. Also when i type that cd/sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/"name of backup" its saying The system cannot find message text for message number 0x3 in the message file for System.

ok it worked and is this a 1 time thing or i have to do it everytime i want to restore?
