I wanted to change the software, from cyanogenmod to stock rom and I started to install Rom, after 30 sec i have received an error , after that i have found this site: http://htc-one.wonderhowto.com/how-to/uninstall-cyanogenmod-revert-back-stock-sense-htc-one-0150157/
on Step 8 i have write in Command Prompt : fastboot oem lock
and has appeared on screen :
*** TAMPERED ***
*** RELOCKED ***
*** Security Warning ***
I tried many things and not arrived to do...

It's been unlocked at some point, then relocked.
TWRP is "recovery", so select bootloader from that menu then select "recovery" from there. But you may not have TWRP.

i have not acces ,he comes back after 2 sec
When I try to flash a different recovery, I always get the signature error
