Help Help me please

[Cant get to home screen]

I downloaded Phil's touch 6.44.9 I didn't know what it did but when I entered factory mode it wasn't the same instead of the normal one it was Phil's touch. I clicked reboot system went to the load up screen then went back to philz touch 6.44.9 I can't exit it no mater what I do please help me!

What's "Philz touch", a custom ROM that doesn't work on your device? To fix it, you'll have to re-flash it either back to the stock manufacturer firmware, or find a correct and suitable custom ROM for your device.

Hopefully you haven't irreparably bricked it, otherwise you might be sending it back for flashing..$$$...or even buying a new device....$$$$

Philz touch is a modified version of CWM Recovery.
Sounds like it might not be compatible with your device and put you in a bootloop.
As @mikedt stated, you will need to find the stock firmware for your device and reflash it.

I liked PhilZ Touch and it's still the Recovery on my S3 but as far as I know some time last year its developer gave up on it and it's no longer supported.
