Hello members I need your help

My casio c811 4g lte . locked and screan show email and password

But the device non recovery and non enable usb depuging

I tried hard reset but screen show ropot android logo and no thing show

Please any dev or member help me
how to hard reset thise device any method or how flash cwm recovery in device locked or any stock firmware can be flash it without recovery

unless you have rooted and installed CWM Recovery and the aboot file for the key combo I believe you are SOL. Does ADB see it?

I not see ADB device . it is not enable in my device
I have cwm recovery.img but no way to flash it to devices

Must be a way of what to resolve this issue
