Hello, stinamariefinn.

Welcome aboard. Here's a link that might help you with that: http://androidforums.com/android-lounge/484411-tutorial-moving-stuff-between-android-pc.html.

Good luck. :)

Marie, Welcome :ciao:,we are glad to have you, hope you enjoy the site.

Hi stinamariefinn,

Welcome to the Android Forums. If you don't mind, I have moved your thread here where you should be able to get help for your problem in the quickest fashion.

Again, welcome and cheers! :wavey:

you should see a little icon pop up in your status bar that looks like the head of a USB cord, pull down your status bar and click on USB connected, then check mass storage and click done, it should connect from there. like any mass storage device, if nothing pops up you can go to my computer, but I'm sure you already know that. make sure the drivers for the phone are installed on your computer. http://db.tt/6jj0CkRk

Kristina did you get this sorted out?

Do you have WiFi on your home network? If you do then forget the USB cable for this sort of thing and get WiFi File Explorer Pro. It is only .99 cents and you can get it at Amazon:

Amazon.com: WiFi File Explorer PRO: Appstore for Android

or the Market:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dooblou.WiFiFileExplorerPRO&hl=en

There is a Free version but it is really limited and doesn't do the full version justice.

So easy to use. I got it a year ago (Aug '11) and I use it every day for podcasts.

If you don't have WiFi where you are at (home or work), you can still drop the cable and use BlueTooth File Explorer if your laptop supports BT. Even if it doesn't you can get a BT 4.0 adapter for about $15 bucks.

This app is available on Play and Amazon and the full version is .99 cents:

Amazon.com: Bluetooth File Explorer: Appstore for Android
