So, my Samsung Precedent phone displays a different number than the one on the website. I have changed the number to see if it would help, but my phone still displays a 910 area code number, when my area code is 706.
I cannot update my profile on the phone, I think, because of the wrong number. The phone is a refurbished phone, and we think that it is a recycled number from a previous account, thus making it impossible to make/receive phone calls/texts.
Do any of you know what I should do about this? I called the customer support, but they say they're closed. I thought StraightTalk was open 24-7.
