Hi, I have a serious problem with my sumsung galaxy young. When I bought it everything was ok, but now it isnot, because my play store doesnot works. When I open it, it certenly turns off. So I cant uae it at all. Also chrome have problemz, it loads sites well, but when I begin downloading something it turns off. Default internet browser was downloading very well, but in this last days it doesnot work too. :'''''( Cant you help me?

Do a factory reset. It will require you to spend time setting it back up but the problems will be removed.

factory reset on settings/backup and reset

then turn off your phone to recovery mode
power button + home button + volume up (all pressed)
wait until the android appear
use volume keys to navigate and home button to choose

click wipe data
wipe cache

note ; this is a hard reset , will delete everything in your phone (apps and data)

hope this will work and fix your phone
