Help HELP ME PLEASE!!!!:(

Hi,
So today I dropped my phone, a samsung galaxy s4 and my screen broke. Even if I swipe or anything it doesn't work at all. I can still hear the noises and the LED indicator light still flashes but the screen doesn't work. My phone is locked with a passcode. I have sooo many pictures and files that I need on my phone, but when I plug it into my computer none of the photos or any files at all come up when i click on my phone on my PC. Can anyone please help me...

The PC can't access the phone if it is locked. Are you sure the photos and files were saved to the phone and not an SD card? Just get the SD card out of the phone, then connect it to a PC with a card reader.

they were saved on the phone not on an SD. is there any way to get them off?

Depends. Did you have an app called SideSync on your phone? If you do, install the companion app for that on your PC and plug the phone. The phone's screen should appear on the PC and you can control it with your mouse.

Otherwise, you'd have to get the screen replaced, but with instructions to not format the phone, and that can be difficult.
