Hey guys i need some help before i pull my hair out o.O i downloaded CWM and i extracted the stick file.zip to my sd card i followed every single direction down to the wire but everytime i try to boot up the cwm recovery it just stays on the samsung screen for a breif second.. turns off.. then goes back to the screen and it stays like that unless i do odin which wipes my shabby which is a pain in the ass..i have to walk down the street to install it again -_- so can someone please help me ive been at it all day i read all the guides etc etc a video would be nice but i haven't found one that corresponds with the samsung galaxy prevail and the only reason i even want this CWM is because i want that simple blue metmorph theme but i cant without it and i ve spent 6 hours just to look at a blue theme :((. so yea help would be greatly appreciated much love - Beasley :)
 
Check out the sticky named Odin and use the EE14 ROOTED VERSION WITH CWM AND HROARKERNEL put on shabby mod and call it a day. It even comes with its own video in the same thread.
 
turn off the phone completely and unplug it if you have it plugged in and hold volume up + power button, don't let go of the buttons till you see CWM. If that doesn't work download ACS updater from the market and see if using the reboot into recovery from it works.
 
im overwhelmed right now i dont even know where to begin i just got my shabby back so i after i download the ee14 rooted w.CWM i turn off my phone completely and press up and power button and wait untill the screen pops up?

No, after downloading the ee14 with cwm you need to turn your phone off and put it into download mode by holding camera+volume down and power until it says downloading in yellow text. Then you plug it in to your computer and run Odin using the ee14 with CWM instead of the stock zip.

After your phone reboots, turn it off and hold volume up and power until it boots into CWM.

Make sure you continue to hold volume up and power until it goes to CWM.
 
I don't think you need the stick.zip when you install that EE14 ODIN. I am pretty sure everything is setup the way it should be already.
