I'm having problem with my Samsung Galaxy y S5360 since i factory reset..I can no longer connect to my home wifi,it say's Obtaining IP address..upon checking advance setting:
1.Wi-Fi sleep policy : Never
2.MAC address :12:34:56:FBE:62
3.IP address :Unavailable

what seem's to be the problem with my Phone?and what is the solution..Plsss..help!!! and One more thing,my connection to Network too is lost,cannot connect to Packet data and could'nt register my Phone..

factory reset on settings/backup and reset

then turn off your phone
power button + home button + volume up
wait until the android appear
use volume keys to navigate and home button to choose

click wipe data
wipe cache

note ; this is a hard reset , will delete everything in your phone
