There are some apps that give you Google credits in exchange for viewing videos and answering surveys. Depends on what country you are in though.

As Crashdamage indicated, distributing paid apps without compensating the developer is piracy and we are steadfastly against that. The app you asked about seems like a professional use app and if it provides value to you, there should be no reason not to compensate the developer. If you feel there is a particular reason why you shouldn't or can't pay for it, i suggest you contact the developer directly and see if they will accommodate you.
