and i never install os in the htc or other android devices///

THANKS VERY VERY MUCH

a factory reset will not unintstall the OS, it will just delete everything the previous user has put into the phone.

No. There's usually a specific code you need to enter, and the code is different for each manufacturer or even phone.

Go to menu>settings>privacy>factory data reset. That should set the phone back to it's original unregistered status. It will remove all user installed apps, delete user data and unregister the device with Google. You will need to re-register the phone with YOUR gmail address and then install your apps.

Do what lunatic said about the factory data reset. Also, there is a pretty thriving Android community for the HD2 over at the XDA developer forums. Plenty of options if you decide to be adventurous and install a new ROM or something.

mmmm i try it my friend
but every time i get the error message :"this account is requierd by some applications/ you can only remove it by resitting the phone to factory defaults....:mad:

what is xda??
