Root help me root my spectrum! plz~

the one rooting forum link doesnt work and i have tried using that one and my phone was on a bootloop for CWM and i got a new one, so i dont want to try that one. can anyone help me root my phone? one touch and also guide me to CWM to get a broken out or something! PLZ~
