Amen.. please people search around before you post something like this. It's really not that difficult. Just follow the steps!!

Wow. that was a little cold.. There is a lot DIY floating around here. I would like to do it, but still would like to have someone on yahoo or something that has done it to make sure I am doing it right. I had a phone brick on me just updating to CL14. Do not want to brick another phone.
