Well lads!
I've owned one of these now for almost a year and it's Android 3.1 rooted.

I want to know how to update it to 3.2? When ever I click update it just gets an error every time!

Also, Will this tab get Android 4.0? If so, when and how would I get it?

Not sure on the Error - sorry -
there are Penty of good stable 3.2 Roms....and even a very good 4.0.3 (no camera)

How would I go about using these roms? Is there an actual ice cream sandwich version already out? beta I'm sure or something?

Where can I find these roms!
 
For the error. Go to Settings, Applications, Manage Applications, All. Find System Updater, wait for it to calculate the storage used by that app, then tap clear data, then try again.

Is it worth going to 4.0.3 ICS? Like, will everything work? All my usual apps + games?
Does it make the tablet that bit better??
Like I don't really know anything about ICS!! It just looks nicer :p
 
as far as I can tell. everything works other than the cameras.

as far as apps are concerned, it depends if that app has had it's update to ICS.

I really like it. It is a lot quicker and the battery lasts a lot longer
 
everything works on the newest ICS build for my - EXCEPT the camera...
So ...no Skype Pics etc.
ICS is Smooth and quick - the ROM doesn't seem as buggy as some of the other 3.2 Custom Roms.

Also - you will have to root your tab to be able to flash these. It was AMAZINGLY easy to do this for the Acer Iconia....
 
Ah that's very good news. The most used app I have is Heroes 2 " might and magic "
How would I find out if that game supports ICS??

My Acer is rooted already so I don't need to do anything else do I?
