Help help me with my samsung galaxy s problem?

my auto rotate is not working anymore just stays on horizontal screen and i have the latest update i also factory reset twice.

any ideas how to help?

Have you looked to see if "Settings -> Display -> Auto-rotate screen" is checked?

yes I clicked on and off and not working , if i check it on auto rotate its just on horizontal all the time

Hmmm... Sorry, that's all I can think of. Maybe there's a hardware issue with your phone's accelerometer? If you take it to where you bought it, they may be able to give you a new one. Or call the manufacturer.
