Hi I'm Janice, for some reason my compputer does not recognise that my Samsung is connected to my computer, just like the other guy, I cleaned the both ports. can anyone tell me whats happening?:dong:

Hello and welcome aboard. Maybe the tutorial below might be of help to you.

Here's a link with some steps on how to do this correctly. P.s Make sure the usb debugging box is checked. Also, You have to change the usb setting to modem not mass storage. Then you can use the software and connect to the phone. Good luck.
